Virtual Assistant for my Landscaping Company

I have a landscaping company in Florida I posted this add before but I was not ready at that moment to select the right candidate. What I am looking for is somebody that can call my customers and find out about the service, how the feel about that, if they have any complains and try to get information about them like email address, also offer services to them and I will need a complete report weekly this work it will take not to many hours I just need somebody that maintain close contact with my clients that customers can feel cared for.
