I"ve been in a BPO industry for 5 years. Been with sales, finance and telco account. Talking to a different customers. Providing services and product knowledge. And the most important is before they end the call i making sure that all of their concerns and problems are fully resolved. And now, i shift for being a freelancer/virtual assistant because i love working in a convenient of my home. Im at a real estate account. Doing cold calling, sending email and text blast and doing comparables.

After graduating I joined the BPO industry and became a technical support specialist wherein I handled the DirecTV account, the task given to me is to assist clients in troubleshooting their satellite television, run a diagnostic test, process activation, replacement, and billing disputes, I also schedule technician appointment and collaborates with our engineering team for intermittent issues. After a year I had to move residence and joined Eperformax and became one of their customer specialists for Sprint mobile where I assist clients in activating sim, new devices, and phone numbers. I also process replacements, and refunds and act as a salesperson by offering upgrades and promotions. After a year of joining Eperformax, I decided to come back to my previous company wherein I handled the same account as a technical support specialist and was up skilled to handle AT&T tv, AT&T U-verse, landline, and internet. After 2 years of handling DirecTV and AT&T due to the pandemic, I decided to permanently work at home and that's the time I joined a platform that works directly with Domino’s US where I test tools and gather all analyses and collaborate with the design team. I also receive inbound calls to process delivery and carry out orders from customers to provide up-to-date information to our design team.

I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate, HVAC. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents. We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
