I need a (User's Manual) designed by an entomologist, or any scientist with knowledge about spiders (orb spiders) describing (in-short) how to poison a spider and record the data.

I need some one (who knows how) to design a How-to-guide describing (in short) how to safely conduct scientific research at home using spiders and neurotoxins. My goal is to begin carrying out scientific research, using uneducated volunteers, testing the effects of neurotoxins on spiders by post analyzing the construction and design of the spiders web. My volunteers need: (1) a quick how-to reference for setting up the spider's aquarium and maintaining a constant (unvarying) habitat. (2)How to (and how often to) feed the spider a cricket (3)Instructions on how-to, and when to, administer the neurotoxins to the spider, (since we'll be using orb spiders and analyzing their webs I thought it would be simplest to spray the toxins onto the web. However, how would I then measure potency through volume?) A variety of methods should be included. (4) And most importantly, instructions on how-to- record all the data. A schedule should be included along with a prefabricated chart, allowing the volunteer to simply follow the schedule and fill in the empty blanks on the chart. Safety is of extreme importance. I want warnings and safety procedures when need be. (5) Instructions on how to photograph the spider's web, how to analyze the web, and how to record the data in an acceptable manner. Remember, it's not a brochure. It doesn't have to be pretty. it just has to work. And your not writing a text book. This is a quick how-to- for dummies. Pretend a child has to carry out this research but the data he records needs to be proficient. I want the whole thing to be under 5 pages long. Including a schedule for the volunteer to follow and a data recording chart in which the volunteer can simply fill in all the empty blanks.
