kannel expert greek characters

Hello We need a kannel expert to help us to configure kannel Kannel should be able to send 160 characters sms messages with greek capital characters for some reason this does not work on our server When i send [login to view URL]****&pass=****&to=306977000000&coding=0&text=KA%14HMEPA (%14 = greek letter Λ (greek L)) it suppose to send the message KALHMERA with greek L (Well getafreelancer does not support greek chars either, so i cant give the exact example) It does not. I get ?????? or sometimes _____ Please bid only if you are familiar with kannel, and can provide a working example (prove that you can do this on your own server) Please note, we dont want you to fix this on our server, we want you to show us the way so we can fix it.
