Hi, I have developed a custom Warehouse Management System which has similar function to what you are requesting. Orders instead of Purchase Orders but the functions are the same so this would be an easy and fun project I will enjoy taking on. I will create this as a web application which can be accessed from any web browser. I will develop this in C# ASP.NET and use a SQL Server database to store all this information.
