You may be asked to participate in marketing tasks until you have a full day’s work. Having a desire to be creative is a plus but not required. You should be able to work overtime infrequently and or weekends PST Work hours will be 8 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time. Infrequently you will be requested to work late up until 9 pm Pacific Standard Time and on weekends to assist on new client interviews. Having consistent access to technology to stay connected online and via your cell phone is very important. The ability to take dictation or accurately take notes during business calls and meetings is very helpful. You will be able to Set up Zoom calls, Have your own doc U sign account, be able to set up Zoom Calls, taking modification applications on the phone as needed from 5-9pm Pacific Standard Time.
