Software to display text and images on the screen with settings.

Need a windows app (if can run on Mac as well its best). To display text messages or images (affirmations) in my screen that I can read and constantly remind myself of those things. I need to have the option to add as many affirmations (sentences) or images (or a mix) to the app, and delete/edit them at any time. I mean, the list of affirmations can include texts and/or images. It's better if the program runs on the task bar, and settings are accessible with a click on it. Must have the following Settings: 1. Message order: Select messages or image randomly or in order 2. # of seconds the message last on screen: from 0.1 to X seconds, also add random option between given values by user. 3. # of seconds to wait until next message: from 1 to X seconds or random between given values by user. 4. Message Position: Center of the screen, up-right corner, up-left corner, down-right, down-left, up-middle, down middle, left middle, right middle. (leaving some marging between the edge of the screen)... random option between these 9 points... and also random option between any point in the screen. And also close to mouse pointer. 5. Style: Allow to choose font, font size, color, and text background color (including no background). if possible add the option to have boxed background or a stroke background around the text and choose how many pixels it should be.
