We have a project for Windows (from XP to 10) that consists on a webpage contained in a pendrive. We need an executable that does two things: opens port 80 and opens the webpage in a browser. Also, we need the exe file not to be detected as a virus so we'll need a digital signature, and we'll need some advice in that front. The goal of this project is to get a .exe file that does those two things and has a certificate to avoid to be detected as a virus.
