ROSEN Vietnam is hiring, urgent! - Requirement specialist and/or Product Owner

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Requirement elicitation, working closely with SHs (requester, domain experts, …): ◦ Understanding of the problem, users, pain points, etc. ◦ Collaborating and aligning with SHs on product goal, success metric ◦ Working with UI/UX team on wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams ◦ Working with software architect on technical solution design ◦ Creating and maintaining product requirement document as well as high-level product backlog ◦ Product roadmap and release planning • Building the product, working closely and iteratively with the team to: ◦ Product backlog prioritization and refinement ◦ Development check-in to make sure everything is on track ◦ Incorporation of SHs’ feedbacks into the product backlog ◦ Product research about existing technologies / products ◦ Documentation • Releasing the product ◦ Working with cross-functional parties (team lead, requesters, legal, marketing, IT …) to make sure the product meets expectations from all respectively aspects ◦ Working with the requesters, resource manager on the product operation planning (cost, resource, time…) ◦ Planning for next releases REQUIREMENTS To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through analytical thinking and a structured and results-oriented working method.
