Design me a wordpress plugin

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I am looking for a wordpress plugin.. I want it to work like [login to view URL] ..... I want it to have shortcodes that can be placed anywhere on the website. I want people to be able to post there company and then pay the members to join...i want it to have wothdrawal options..
