develop my registration system

I have done with this project abt 70% and need some to complete wats in the attachment and the design not that much about what im expected so i attach my requirements... too be clear with what i want The user registration form should use java script to see validation the design should be Islamic coz the system is related to HAJJ trip you have to use PHP ,MYSQL and java scripts and submit it to me step by step to make sure that am fully understand what’s going on … **the staff when make an announcement to the users .the user may receive an email i perfer to hve skype call to make sure get wat i want and safe time
