Voip project anti fraud - open to bidding

Hi i have a voip termination business and as you may know there are a lot of problms for us, terminators regarding sim blockage by the side of operator's. What i need from you is to penetrate in their system and to get as much as possible information about their "blocking sims" system so my technicians can profit from it and can prevent sims blockage.
