.net - need some screen designs followed by coding

I'm looking to get a .net project done. Instead of going through the whole process of getting the coding done, I'd like the developer to first design screens which have functions such as this one: [login to view URL] Screens for maintaining info about licenses and entertainers. How the dances are calculated and total payout computed etc.. Also wanna see what the screen looks like when they are in a room (based on a manual input that they have entered the room). it needs to send a list of active or nonactive dancers to the DJ etc I do not want coding at this stage, as I want the task to finish within 4-5 days. So, this is going to be just screen designs with minimal auto-generated code to move between screens.
