e-Factor!TM game hosting migration

I have a computer game using ElectroTank ES5. I've had this game hosted on Joyent and it was working fine but Joyent changed hardware and the game does not run now. I am looking to migrate this program to another hosting site. This project is to look at my game program, evaluate other game hosting sites and migrate my game to a new hosting site. I believe the program will run on any server or game hosting site that accepts ElectroTank. According to the programmer who did the initial game program, the project requires set up of Electroserver and the database, copy the data across, and change the IP address and possibly server login within Flash. There may be a requirement to review the game code and identify additional code changes based on the new IP address or server login. The game is a Flash-based app and has a single SQL database for storage. I am not a technical person. Requirements for the successful candidate include 1. Ability to communicate to me in plain English what is required, what the best technology solutions are, what are the most cost effective and easy-to-use servers and steps required to successfully complete the migration. 2. Working Knowledge and experience using Electroserver ES5. (ElectroTank) 3. Successful experience in programming computer games. 4. Highly Fluent English speaker. 5. High ethical standards, honesty and integrity. (This is an ethics game.) I may require a non-disclosure agreement for the successful candidate. I need this done relatively quickly. I'm hoping to complete the project by end of January 2014 if possible, but I have some flexibility here. There may be other projects that come along after we get this game back up and running, as I would like to update the game and add new content, possibly add some security features and offer certificates of completion for continuing education requirements.
