Increase Facebook likes, drive traffic

I am looking for someone to increase the likes and spread the word for my new iOS App Facebook page. I need to establish likes to start developing the community. CONDITIONS: - Fans gathered must be from US, UK and Australia. Only English speaking countries - Facebook likes must be real people, no bots, spam (WILL BE CHECKED) - No Spamming, Bots, - Only use 'friendly' techniques to gather likes, you will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Again, if our page gets banned for too many likes too fast you won't be paid. - All people that 'Like' the page must be active facebook users, this will be checked and if found to be fake, you will not be paid.
