Social Media for Airbnbs (nightly rentals) And real-estate sales

We have two brands 1) Stay Rested (a Washington state vacation and corporate rental management company) this brand has 6 properties currently. (These 6 properties are unique and have different target markets) 2) Kaela & Co (real-estate sales) We need to advertise sold and pending buyer-controlled sales and new / pending and sold listings. As well as other relevant marking. I need someone to help build content and to manage the social media. And to help me take my knowledge of who the consumer is to attract them via social media
