I have a OS shopping cart. I need to ditch the $8.50 shipping and have a drop down where they have to select either usa, canada, europe as a standard rate. (depending on where they signed up so ya... Usa 16.00USD Canada 31.00USD europe 59.00USD that will put on the payment when they leave. so if an item was $10 and I click USA, my new total will be $26.00 Thanks
