Create An App

I need an app created from an existing microsft powerapps app. This app is used to manage projects by our onsite teams, and for our office staff to send information to those teams. The main reason for this project is creating a standalone app that does not rely on a microsoft login. Key aspects of this app are: 1. Connections to Microsoft Sharepoint - this app updates information on a sharepoint site and for ease of use i'd like to maintain this connection. The app will need to both pull and push data to a variety of sharepoint lists. The reason for wanting to maintain this connection is it gives my team an easy way to update/modify infomation displayed on the app. 2. One of the main aspects to this app is the sign in/sign out feature. This currently gets the users name, date, time and location and logs a sign in on the SP site. I want this to be maintained, but with a few changes. I want the user to take a photo of the site on sign in and sign out, and this photo saved in SP. 3. Ability to issue passwords for app login - this is currently done through a sharepoint list of usernames and passwords, however this isn't ideal as it is fairly insecure. I want to be able to ensure the app is only accessed by those who have a login. Also, it is important that we have the ability to modify/add users to this login list. 4. Possibility for offline use. This isn't critical, however it would be good to have the app update when it is online, but usable offline. For example, the current app contains 10 or more documents linked to a project, it would be good to have these documents offline, and then updated when the device is back online. 5. Ability to modify app in the future - this is important as we will want to add features/change pages down the track, so need to be able to push updates for this app relatively easily.
