For you to win in this project, you need to be honest, reliable and affordable. Let me know the rate of the whole process, not per hour... not per week and/or not per month. - Estimate number of directories/search engines you will be submitting - How much time I need to wait to start seeing results hits coming from SEs. - Ways that you will do in SEOing my website - Payment terms - and lastly I want reports... whether you use a tool for submitting to SEs I want to see reports of it. I am a freelance web developer and graphic arts designer, and currently getting more clients.
