469803 Index page wordpress sliced

I need the index page located here ([login to view URL]) sliced into wordpress. Requirements: 1)Menu should be made using javascipt with some delayed hover effect. 2)The slider must be fully customizable from the admin panel. 3)Post titles and other headings must be image looking, but seo friendly as you can see in the design image. I need ONLY the index page sliced.
