Assist with Project Management & Lead Generation

We're a web development & marketing startup company with offices in Europe and US and we really need a capable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help with some of the non-development related tasks. The tasks you would do for us include: • Regular project management (making sure our workers get the assigned tasks, keep track of their progress, communicate with them and prepare reports) • Data analysis and keeping (keeping track of our analytics and making reports) • Social Media activities (writing posts, scheduling and publishing them, communicating with people) • Lead Generation (on social media and other channels. In addition, if you bring us new business you will get a percentage of it). • Brainstorming and active improvement (we need someone who will not only passively follow instructions, rather, critically look at our startup and offer suggestions and improvements). • Bonus: If you have experience in the SEO industry at all that's highly preferred.
