Website search needed

I am an ebayer but being Tunisian I can not receive Paypal payments from my customers either using standard mode or pay now mode. My business is growing well and shall last for many years. I need to find a service provider who would accept Paypal payment on my behalf ( I shall insert his paypal account in my sales), then he would process it to my debit Master Card at payoner Dot com. The project consists of web search and providing me with appropriate providers whose websites are identifiable by whois and ssl connexion certified. A minimum is a list of five reliable and neat sites. The project seller may present himself as a service provider but should be a GAF gold member for at least 3 years ans owns his own website with a domain that is identifiable at whois.
