Help needed in php/Mysql codes

My site [url removed, login to view] is Joomla based and used for selling Pc-Phone accounts.

I need:

1- Better graphic look (a jomla template that fits the content)

2- Two php codes:

a- Display Mysql data in a dynamic form in order to show three colums : country code / country name / rate per min

b - subscription and management of resellers.

Nb. I'm a bit initiated, so will just help not do everything on your own.
