Link Builder Wanted

We have two property websites and we need 50 quality PR3+ links for each site. We want someone with solid expertise in the fields of SEO, link building and Google SERPS improvement. - The links need to be static, permanent, and from a page with a PR3 at least. The PR is from the page where the link is placed not from homepage. - The links must be from related sites i.e. property, real estate, relocation, etc. - The links will need to be SEO and google friendly - no unethical or black/grey hat methods - Pages where the links are should have been cached by google within the last 30 days - The links need to be on a page with a maximum 20/30 external links - The link page needs to be connected with other pages of the site. - Links should be within related content and with anchor text - Page/site where our link is placed must NOT have redirects, cloaking, frames, hidden links and use of unethical or black-hat tactics, no meta tag CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW", no excluded in [login to view URL] - All links must be submitted manually, and one link per domain and all links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. We need a weekly excel report will include link page URL, page PR, and the date the link was posted. PROPOSAL: Bidders should reply with the following information: 1. Total cost of the project 2.
