Apply small html changes on 3 Miva Merchant pages

I have 3 html pages that need a simple background image and a navigation bar added. The navigation bar is already created and formatted and exists on the other pages of the web site. I just need someone familiar with miva's backend to apply the them to the cart and checkout pages. You must demonstrate that you have miva experience or I won't select you.
