Simple and Small Software Development Project.

I need a software that does the following: 1. The user puts in a single keyword or a bunch of keywords. 2. The software then analyses and gets the top 10 results of all the keyword(s). 3. Then it goes into Yahoo site explorer and gets the backlink URL of each of the 10 results. 4. It makes a list of all the softwares. 5. Sorts them according to the type : blog, forum, profile backlink, social media etc. 6. The results can be saves as text, excel. Also the software needs to do 2 things. 1. The above function. 2. When the software closes, a html page is displayed which I will provide you with a URL. Each time the software closes the HTML page is loaded. This is not a big project and should be fairly simple for most experienced developers. It must be windows compatible. Mac compatibility is optional. The User interface has to be really easy with big graphical buttons. We can provide you with buttons to reduce the cost of development. I will instantly award the successful party with another project. I have about 10-12 new software ideas that I want to develop as soon as possible so please keep your bids very competitive. Also the only thing that I am very very particular about is the deadline. If you quote 5 days, it has to be completed in 5 days because we make action plans based on your estimates; also since it is a long term relationship we want a reliable party.
