112794 script install

hello I need a copy of a link exchange script that I have and will send you, installed on a website. I also need the websites current header to be used in this installation. I can normally install this in a few minutes but am having trouble this time. I really do not have much money on this, however for someone who knows what they are doing this should be a pretty easy task. I need this done NOW. So please do not bid unless you can do it now.
