Create printable Visualforce Page (PDF) that is invoked by clicking a button on List View

Org is in Lightning experience. Need a button on the Order object List view. It allows user to select items from the list view, and when pressed creates 2 simple PDF Visualforce pages per selected Order. Mock up of the two pages attached. Required basic error handling to check if no input is selected. On click of the button a choice modal should open up, that asks "For the selected transaction, what documents would you like to print? " <line break> Packing Slip / Packing Label / Both. The same page must also be invocable from a single order, by clicking a quick action button on page layout. This work must be down in a freshly created developer org. And the org must be handed over to me as the deliverable.
