This project requires you to call mostly exclusive A leads, possibly occasional B Leads, and either set an appointment or send the person to my website for more information. You will have scripts to follow, and you will be calling for two separate list types. One list being insurance and the other being people interested in working from home.
You will start out with approximately 50 - 60 leads per week. I am thinking this job will take an average of 10 hours per week, but these hours will have to be somewhat flexible. You will have some freedom as to when the phone calls are made, but often times we will receive a best time to call, and need to try and call the lead in that time frame. You might have to call someone several times to get an answer. Therefore, you might work two hours in the afternoon, and then another couple of hours in the early evening. You might have to work a couple hours during different days of the week. The only way we are successful is through appointments being made and people viewing our website.
In order to apply for this job, you must have experience in sales and appointment setting. You must be fluent in English.
I would like to pay by the hour, and a 1% bonus on all sales that are made up to $10,000.
