I have 4 years of working experience in an outbound lead generation company, B2B and B2C, the majority of the clients that I'm working with are from the IT Industry both services and products. The touch point that I made in a day usually an average of 110 mix call attempts and email marketing (if you provide the material) The conversion is usually 10% from the touch point that turns into connected (able to speak with the right PIC) and from those numbers, will have another 10% conversion to potential leads.
