The project life cycle consists of four phases:

2. Planning Phase: This phase involves defining the project scope and creating a detailed project plan. Tasks, schedules, resources, risks, and costs are identified. This phase ensures that expectations are set and resources are available.
3. Executing Phase: Once the project plan is finalized, the project enters the execution phase. Tasks are carried out, resources are managed, and progress is monitored.
