What statistical analysis/testing is appropriate?

Hello we have an imperical research that uses questionnaire to see and test of relationship of variables. it's questionnaire survey where all questions have a likert scale of 1 to 5. data have been in collected and inserted into excelsheet. details will follow after identfying the most fit freelancers. There is NO data analysis at all.
