User Research - Retailer Solution - China

User Researcher (Remote within China) Responsibilities  Plan and conduct User research projects on consumer, competitors, and market conditions using both quantitative and qualitative research methods such as user interview, survey, focus group interview and usability test.  Produce actionable insights from the findings obtained via research studies and ensure a sustainable repository of such findings by engaging with stakeholders  Able to learn about the agricultural industry fast and find the users’ pain points and needs  Work closely with UI and visual designer experts to define wireframes and mock-ups, and with developers to transmit the design recommendations.  Deal with calendar and resource management to ensure the correct execution of research studies Required Profile  Ability to plan logistic, and travel per research requirement  Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders and other discipline teams, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication  Portfolio with examples of research projects.  Understanding and use of agile/scrum methodologies.  Aligned with our principles: customer-centric, lean, service-oriented architecture, self-organization, transparency.  Prior experiences of user research in rural areas is a bonus  Good communication skills in English
