Writing the python code to reduce it to

I would like to get some help with reduce the code to make it much shorter simple and easy that works the same way of what I wrote. I'm working on programme buttons for my tv guide as I'm controlling on the pixel to allow the programme buttons to move to the left that acting as a tv guide and I'm controlling the buttons to change the size, but I have got no idea how to write the short code to allow me to change the buttons size when controlling on the buttons. I want to see if you could be able to do it to write the code in much shorter way the same way that works like mine which it would be great. I would be happy to offer you between $50 to $100 to do the work, but I want to see if you can do it first before I reward you to do the continue work and then pay you which is sounds fair. I don't want to waste my money over for nothing if you can't be able to do it. I would need you to take a test first and send me the file before I would reward you to do the job. To run and test the code, you would need to download kodi application and run the addon which I will give it to you via PM.
