What do I plan to do for your project? Glad you asked for this project, I plan on using approx 3 scripts and one database, script-1 will be a CSV loader to the database, script-2 will be launching the service for the bot and keeping it alive , and script 3 will be the bot itself, using the database we can create the telegram user's username as the primary key (unique) which ensures that all of those entries are in fact unique, then have script 3 add the users!
