Python project for automation

Hello sir i will complete this project within 3 hours . I can make this project in python and for ease of use google colab can be used .As per my understanding the data will be taken from form to spreadsheet and then using programming a offer sheet needs to be generated .I can do this in 2-3 days .I have worked previously in this type of data processing .Could you please tell what are the parameters of data, desired output and formulaes to be used.
