I have a project documented here: <[login to view URL]> I do file-by-file a review of project involving code refactoring, writing documentation and tests. At the end I want to extend parsing definitions to extract more variables from the publication. I made a sample refactoring / documentation of [login to view URL] and want to hire someone to do the rest of modules together. The original publication for parsing is in Russian, it is a challenge to follow unless you are familiar with the language (documentation is in English though + there are subtitles in English in CSV for parsing). Ideally I want ot work with someone who: - has good Python code style - able to work with algorithms (state machine, etc) - can design tests - knows to make a good docstring and wrote some docs with sphinx - knows github workflow (branch, PR, issues) It is probaby too much (or too expensive) to ask from one person, please write about your core strength. Please no agency contractors. You can look at **[login to view URL]** as sample/model to refactor /document other modules.
