Python App Engine program to query Cryptocurrency's

Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a working prototype for a cryptocurrency app I want to make. The prototype app must satisfy the following: 1) written in python (3.7 or higher) 2) utilise Google App Engine 3) Return the current price for a selected pair (i.e. BTC/USD, ETH/AUD, etc.) 4) Return the historical price for a given time period for a selected pair (i.e. 2 years of BTC/USD, ETH/AUD, etc.) 5) return all the transaction details provided a given wallet address 6) do the above for Bitcoin and any of the main alt coins There are a few API's that can be utilised to do this such as the [login to view URL] api and CoinBase API amongst others. Which ever is used must be freely available to use (obtaining an API key if free is fine). If there are any questions please post with this task. Thanks, Jesse.
