I need a single webpage I built developed

I need someone who is great a development of a webpage I designed in Adobe Fireworks. I need this project done today, and I will release payment for this today upon project completion. I will placed notes on the attached PSD that I need developed. That way you can message me and I"ll send you the image and you tell me if you are capable of doing the desired Html and jquery for the development of this single page template. I am prepared to pay $50 for the single page development. Any bids less than that will have higher consideration. *Please give me at least two samples of a webpage that you have developed so that I can look at.
