Our mission is to make marketing easy for our clients, turning their marketing efforts from a money pit into a money-making machine.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy VA to assist with operations, tech, and client projects.
We are following the Strategic Coach, "Who Not How" and "10 x is Better than 2 x" methodology by Dan Sullivan. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email management
Set and manage milestones of projects/tasks and communicate with the Chief Marketing Officer / Project Manager and the rest of the Project Team.
Refine day-to-day operations, with a high level of efficiency.
Ensure that all operational processes are properly documented and that key information is organized, accessible, and secure.
Coordinating the owners’ calendars; booking meetings, travel, and accommodation
Taking meeting minutes and handling necessary follow-up items
Project planning selects initiatives to support the owners
Generating reports and other related and ad hoc administrative tasks.
You will serve as a chief liaison between the owners and team members or external parties.
Editing videos and managing social media calendars.
Sending out proposals and invoices.
TOOLS:
It’s important that learning new technology comes easily to you. You are tech-savvy and have an understanding of online business tools.
