we are looking to Fully automate the installation of MacOS 11 & 10.15 using a small single-board computer utilising OCR

We wish to enquire about the possibility of fully automating OSX installation using a small single board computer and ocr. We would require one process for t2 security chip enabled devices (booting into internet recovery and installing via terminal, We are currently doing this manually via Munki Installr) and a second process for devices without the t2 security chip (selecting install media from boot menu and automating renaming/erasure of hard drive and setting off installation. Ideally this would also be able to detect if an SSHD/Fusion Drive is installed and issue a “diskutil resetfusion” Command prior to installation. There is currently a program that nearly achieves what we wish which is Twocanoes MDS. The largest issue we have with MDS is that it is timing/delay based which is fine for machines that do not require booting to internet recovery, but booting into internet recovery can vary wildly from a few minutes to nearly an hour depending on how many machines we are processing. No Packages or enrolment to an MDM is required these units are for resale and should be in its default state ready for the customer to create a user
