Hello! My name is Nick and I will be happy to assist. I have solid experience in Plesk products, additionally, I provide Plesk end support on Plesk official forums. The command you ran uninstalled all the database services for your server so Plesk nor your websites will operate without it. In order to solve this we will have to reinstall MariaDB packages and see a way to restore a Plesk dump, which are usually backed up daily basis by Plesk. Usually a yum remove doesnt remove the data but just the service files, I will need to confirm if your websites database are healthy otherwise if you dont have any other backups you might be in a very tough spot. I run a web hosting service and have lots of experience troubleshooting server issues. Never came across this particular screwup, so I'm firing up a VM with plesk right now so I can break it and then fix it.
