I want to integrate zendesk platform with [login to view URL] payment gateway, so my agents can charge the customer directly from zendesk. 1. when a new customer sends a message to zendesk, zendesk will autoreply with a link, that will let the customer input his personal details, credit card information and approve terms and conditions. 2. personal data will be saved in zendesk and credit card details will be saved on the payment gateway servers 3. Out agents will be able to charge the customer credit card directly from zendesk using the tokenization technology.
