We have one data entry application for our client written in PHP Codeigniter and associate database server is MySQL. There are in total 16 data entry forms and we have some issues in 15 forms in terms of database connection and field missing. Rectification should not take much more time as you will just have to connect those questions with database through PHP which we have already marked as error. Application link is [login to view URL] Admin login username is admin @ [login to view URL] (without any space) and password is admin. Data Entry Operator login username is operator @ [login to view URL] (without any space) and password is operator.. By logging in into Data Entry operator account you will able to see those 16 forms. In these Household form is now corrected but need correction for other ones Our fixed budget is not more than Rs 6500. We will share error list as soon as we will get your quotation.
