Schedule A: Deliverables General High Level Description of deliverable: A cloud based web based software that can be leased by replicated/copied for lease by any number of potential clients that can track Projects, to do lists, with a stand alone display of list of objectives/tasks with data fields such as task owner, that has the ability to e-mail content from that task and the tool itself. store excel, word, visio and pdf files. Track versions of documents or changes to pages in each task, search for key words in entire tool in all pages or selected pages, can be customised and filtered and can generate Gant style reporting against tasks, and can include mapping to other pages in a different folder in the tool, and has a dashboard status view option and is user friendly to read, and include the following in addition to the above Security features: 1. User login with password & single-sign-on feature and Multi authentication code security options. 2. Automatic authorized user login when link in e-mail received for a task assigned to user. 3. Adminstrator control for each potential client to take control of software set-up. 4. Ability for super user (Strikesure) to control number of versions of software on to hosted server and to deactivate software version on clients network in the case of none payment of licensing fees. Additional software features: 1. Have a Search text box to search for key words in a file names, project names and text in the tasks and from this generate a list results that can be selected to access the task and text box with the result. 2. Ability to automate the asministrator receiving a report on which tasks have been actioned/modified, submitted, status changed by assignee or performer. 3. Ability to print all task text boxes and headings in to word/pdf 4. Ability to export all task text boxes and headings in to word/pdf and save as backup on local drive. 5. Settings cog for settings functionality where administrator/administrators can give set up access levels and approve new users with read only, read and write access; See other design deliverables documents in embedded excel files attached below.
