Write an iPhone application

I already have an e-Commerce website which has customer/product database etc... and I also have backend Admin Panel. I need apps developed for Apple and Android smart devices and tabs and pads. (should work on both phones and tablets for iOS/Android) Basic high level requirement is as below, 1) Login, Registration, Edit Profile 2) Online Product Delivery (watching video, attending tests/reviews & downloading contents) 3) Offline Access for Video Streaming and Online Test products through App settings. Content being downloaded to be maintained through IN QUEUE, IN PROGRESS and COMPLETED Tabs where user can delete individual items to claim space on device. 4) WEB SERVICES to be designed and developed by you for the Apps to work I also have iOS application developed which has ONLINE functionality coded, but some issues need to be resolved. Once fixed, then OFFLINE functionality needs to be added (delivery of 2 product types in offline mode. So that customer once downloaded, those products can be accessed without the need of internet access). Please provide only Fixed Quote. I'm only expecting Native Apps. Provide references of only apps that you have developed urself. I thoroughly check references. Note:- I already have unfinished Apps, that you may or may not want to use in part or in full. It has many issues and is buggy. (Except that the iOS part mentioned above, which is recently done and is working well for described part with some issues to be resolved still). I'll provide the same to the developer working on this project and he/she may or may not want to use it in part of in full.
