Write an Android application

Brief Intro About the Project: From a user perspective Fantastic EVENT, is a mobile application. Its main function is to enable a user to capture a pic about a specific Event Shoutout event, define this event using a series of hash-tags”#” that ease the indexing of the event Shoutout and search by different users; these hashtags could describe the genre of the product in scope, the Event value (from 0 to 100) the user will enter it and the location of the Event , the application also automatically collects the geolocation of the user every time he makes a shoutout. Users are authenticated using social media platforms like Facebook, G+ and Twitter; and the users can invite their social media friends and post their events Shoutouts to the social media platform of their interest. There are 7 categories of interests that a user can select as preferences also the same 7 categories will be used while the user creates the Shoutouts in order to classify the shoutout catigure. After creating the event that event is posted to a pole of events; where the user can see the posts from other users, in a view similar to Anypic application landing page, based on their preconfigured products preferences and current geo-location. The users preferences can be edited during the initial sign in or at any time later during the application operation, these preferences affect the Shoutouts that the user receives. if the user finds an interesting post, he can select that post to see more details, the activities that a user can make within a certain post include: -Like -Comment -Verify the validity of the post ( it will appear beside the like and number of comments like in AnyPIC) -Report the post the above four parameters directly affect the reputation of the post along with the total number views for the Shoutout (Like, comments, verification and no of views increase the rank positively and the Reporting decrease the replication points) , the higher the post reputation the higher its rank which will affect in the search and the shoutout views in their arrangements. Users also have the ability to overcome the preconfigured preferences option by selecting one of the products categories and seeing all the Shoutouts related to that product based on the reputation of each Shoutout. The users also can search for specific items in all the feeds using the the search bar found in the application. The users also have a Map view, similar to Anywall application, where they can see Shoutouts that are within the a certain radius of their current location. The shoutouts will be displayed as pins that contains visual info about the product category and the reputation value in a star based system (out of 5 stars). The application will also collect information about the platform that it is running on, this info includes: 1- the system if it is IOS or Android 2- The operating system (OS) version 3- The hardware of the phone and the model From an Admin perspective The application has an admin backend that enables the admin to do the following tasks: 1- Add/Remove a new category of interests to the current available list 2- Check reported Shoutouts and delete them if they see action needed 3- Adjust the weights of the parameters of the reputation algorithm, Shoutout ranking algorithm. 4- Monitor the total number of views for a specific posts 5- Monitor the current number users on the system 6- Monitor the total number of users on the system 7- Cleaning the system of old posts, older than 7 days 8- Check the users feedback about the system 9- extract a report from the system that has the following data: -Total number of Users -Total Number of Shoutouts -Current Number of Shoutouts -Top 10 Shoutouts per category showing ( number of views, number of comments, number of likes, number of verify, number of reports) -Top 10 Phone Models, Makes, OS and version ex: Sony, Z3, Android, 4.2 Scope Of Work (SoW) We would like to hire a professional developer to provide: 1- the Android/IOS application, including the application UI design and icons, and art work 2- the PHP backend server 3- the Database to contain the user data and feeds 4- the Admin user interface 5- the integration between the application components
