PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT. We are seeking quotes for a vendor equipment database on our website for vendors to log into. They will be able to create users, and track equipment that we are working with them on. The vendors will be able to add users, and add equipment. The equipment listings will have the ability to move from list to list as users change the status. In addition there will be automated emails that will go out to users when a status changes. There will also be an admin back end for our admin and users to access and make the same changes. There are 3 types of vendors total, all very similar requirements. Remember that there is front end user access for our vendors, and back end user access for our employees. NOTE: THIS WHOLE PROJECT HAS A SCOPE THAT IS VERY DETAILED INCLUDING IMAGE EXAMPLES, AND AN EXPLANATION OF COMPLETE FUNCTIONALITY. WE ALSO HAVE A SUMMARY THAT WE WILL PROVIDE FIRST UPON DISCUSSIONS AND CHOOSING THE RIGHT FREELANCERS.
