Hello, I need a number generator programmed in either PHP or Python. I need 6 digit numbers generated between 0 and 9, however every single one must be a unique combination and not repeated. This must be saved to a text file locally. I also want to be able to enter 5 numbers which will be added infront of each number saved. So lets say for example, i start the generator. Generator will ask me to enter 5 numbers i press enter. Next the generator will generator 6 numbers between 0 and 9 and save this to text file but adding the 5 numbers i generated first in front of it. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT COMPLETE TODAY! I must be able to test the program before i send any money over, do not tell me to keep adding milestones if you are not going to complete today.
