Summary Panel for integration into cosmetic clinic website

I am the director of a Cosmetic Clinic and am in the process of having my website developed and built. I want to integrate an automated summary panel for treatments I am offering. It should be a small panel with 12 icons which, when clicked, provide information of various aspects of the treatment, that prospective clients can refer to get quick accurate information. I need this to be integrated into my website. So final product needs to be delivered in a format that I can give to my website developer and they can simply place it within the website and it needs to be accessible on desktop, tablet and mobile format. I have had one freelancer design the screen shot and am happy with this. Examples of the screen shot are attached to this project proposal. I want the same format to be used. In addition I have also attached the icons to be used as well as word documents listing the information to be presented in the summary panel for each treatment. The plan would be to take this and place it within the website next to the sections describing the relevant treatment. However, I am not happy with the way it works. Most importantly I am not happy with the text at the bottom. The font sizes and type are different depending upon the amount of information that is displayed. The font size has to be the same throughout, large and very easily readable. Where ever there is more writing it is not good enough to just have really small type face. So either the region displaying the writing needs to be increased in size or an alternative considered. In addition when the panel is viewed on a mobile it does not completely fit on the screen and you need to scroll down. This is not acceptable;e. The whole panel needs to fit easily on a mobile screen and should be completely visible without the need to scroll down. I would also like it to be a bit more snazzy. Some addition of sound would be great and perhaps a little more graphics when the various icons are pressed. Look forward to your proposal and starting work as soon as possible. Need these panels completed asap and most importantly it needs to be in a format that my web designer can easily integrate into our website.
